M0NEYMADE,
In a Scottrade account we are able to get the trade details that will show how our broker acted in the trade. (UNDER CAPACITY)My transaction said that Scottrade acted as the buyer for me(1). I have the right to know who they purchased them from on request. I will request that first thing before the bell.

What are the deals with the other brokerages?
We could learn alot real quick if anyone had some 2,3,4,or 5's under capacity. That was for a purchase last week. I did'nt buy any this week with Scottrade, so I can't be sure of the capacity for this week.

Its a shame when the Wall Street Article was written they couldn't include Ameritrades part in all of this. Looks like Ameritrade will need to be investigated also.

Here is the email I sent them and their response. This is either a VERY obvious answer or TOTALLY misleading.

My original email question:

Are GVRP certs in my name and is it safe to sell without fear of being short?

Their response:

On May 25, 2005 at 10:07 AM, Ameritrade Izone Client services wrote:

Dear Valued Izone Client,

The certificates are held in street name, but the shares that are
allocated to your account are yours to sell.

Sincerely,
