So why was paul sending out lies that sales were already happening?

Then he claimed in a PR he could reverse engineer it?

I saw donkeys fly in a movie doesn't mean donkeys can fly.

FDA or KFDA approval are the only way to prove the device works.

Otherwise you are just guessing that it does as claimed.

PS you forgot to mention it also scanned pauls knee!! ewwww ahhhh

Just performing the number of experiments they did strongly suggests efficacy, strong efficacy, in fact. That would have to factor in a high level of reproducibility.

The device works when the FDA, KFDA, or similar body approves it works, not a moment sooner. The device has been around since at least 2007 (long before the courts were involved). No official approval in this time (last I checked, Chemcon doesn't make decisions for the FDA) and no sales in those earlier years to veterinary and agricultural industries. The device may work but there are red flags. Time will tell (imo).
