so basically with a little simple math we arrive at the post merger o/s, the tac-air share (45.75%) and the tadf shares (54.25%).

I have say this is pretty significant, that we arrive at the exact amount of the current O/S, by calculating the post merger o/s and subtracting the tac-air shares. Its just mathematical proof that the merger is done guys.

Although, we really didnt need mathematical proof; we've known the merger was done for several months now ;)

I think the merger's done. You've presented a logical mathematical argument for the increased A/S. Per the merger agreement, TADF hands over the stock certificate at the closing, not before or after, but at the closing. TADF needs to raise the A/S now to seal the deal. I would think raising the A/S would be the last step after the terms and conditions have been met.

I don't know when we get the news of it either, but I think it's more likely we get news after the merger's complete. I truly believe it's fair to say we've got at least a ten bagger from here, and that's conservative.

Moderators...I think this post by Frodo needs to be yellow stickied so all the new and potential investors will readily see why the SS is getting ready to increase.

I love the enthusiasm and maturity of this board, but we all know the kind of attacks we will be enduring soon. Let's not lose the quality of our posts. Do NOT stoop down to others' levels, and do NOT give in to the urge to personally attack others. I know it can be challenging at times! ;)

I think we need to keep making sure the pertinent/important information is hitting the boards regularly so people don't have to read back through months of quality information to ascertain all the good things starting to happen here.

While we may be #3 on the Breakout Boards, we are the #1 stock-specific board!
