I agree the reasoning of the SEC data, my question is why the shares have increased since we're talking 6Bilion up to a percentage?

Nowhere is it written that tac-air must receive 2.9B but only 45.75%

this could be done even with the current 3.0b just that in my opinion, have not been able to accumulate from the market.
