That's what I am afraid of. This case is so complex and unusual that you better have a damn good argument to have a ruling go your way in her court...unfortunately.

I think that she is cautious by nature, and is not terribly interested in trailblazing, so that when we hear an attorney being pushy, and she backs down, I believe that she is thinking about staying on the conservative side of making a decision.

Irene your reply about Judge Mary was very revealing to me. I did listen to the tension in her voice when she was questioning Eckstein and he was arguing with her until she directly asked him and almost led him, in my view, to e statement that his Hedge Funds response was complete. I thought that her voice sounded very strained at that point, signifying to me that was upset and angry. But you in your Twitter comments was saying she seemed almost amused by the exchange. Did I read you right? I really appreciate your being able to report her demeanor in court,
