From where the SP is trading today, that's fine with me too if $1 is a floor they can put under the shares. That's been my point for a long time now though. These penny junior gold/silver miners don't have to trade at what they're really worth or fundementally worth. I'm hopeful that after the mining sector money comes back in the next few monthes PTQ can get above $1 and stay there.
