My take is just what I said in my last post. If Cambridge Minerals have some sort of prior right the the concession then we may be tied up in litagation for some time, even if their claims are baseless they could possibly prevent the deal being completed right away. Time will tell how it all unfolds.

I like the share buyback, but why stop at buying shares over $1? Doesn't management think PTQ shares are worth more than $1? That's the impression they're giving.
