They are a bunch of characters, posing as IR.

Last I knew IR was one JBII employee... a designated individual to serve as corporate IR... although he likely has a few JBII staff who assist him when possible.

However, "They are a bunch of characters" (here), "posing as" (potential JBII shareholders)...

& "posing as" (a more effective CEO than John Bordynuik).
