Fifer said in the CC , they planned on a shareholder vote(on the Iberian deal) by the 3rd week of July. I know the BOD and institutional shareholders don't want to get hosed on this purchase. The nice thing about the BOD owning 13% of the shares is they have millions of their own dollars riding on whatever moves they make. They make money' so do we!
