it is not going up because the bid is low and the ask is low and buyers do not think it is worth more than the ask nor do the sellers --imo

We are in the process of acquiring the assets. When we can convince people we have the assets, then the pps will go up. It's people that make the pps go up, not assets. I could make a long list of stocks that have no assets, yet their stock goes up.
Promotions also drive the pps up but BRZL is not planning on having a pinkie promotion.

The alternative is waiting to see what happens when you promote an oil company to institutional and accredited investors.
