Before you ask for confirmation of a RM you better learn what a RM is. The RS was complete last year when JR excepted 54% of the Brazos shares.

The aquisition of Renfro Energy is a merger, not a RM.

The old Brazos has already left the stock and Weiss is a contracted employee of Brazos.

Bottom line is the RM was last year before this board was created and if you want news of a RM, it's not going to happen. It would be about a year too late.
