Hearing Strochak drone on in that monotonous voice makes me wonder how Walrath stays awake in her line of business. Sitting here listening to him, as a representative of the rapidly growing HORDE of stuffed-shirt attorneys that have paraded in front of her over the course of the last 2 years, each arguing some mindlessly obtuse point of law at $700-$900 per hour, its suddenly dawned on me that no single human being is mentally capable of resolving this MONSTROUS case ... and that the ONLY way in which to finally lay it to rest is a settlement.
