A stock moves up on perceived good news. If the news is legitimate, the stock will continue to prosper over time. If the good news turns out to be BS, the stock will drop like a rock in short order. Once the CEO loses credibility with "the boy who cried wolf tactic", investors lose all faith in the CEO, and the stock struggles. The CEO of a small company makes or breaks a stock, not a poster on a message board (imo).

Also, Chapter 7 being granted doesn't mean Lisenby didn't defraud shareholders with bogus PRs. It probably means the opposite (imo).
