Also, if the stock is fundamentally sound, it will not be hampered by posts on a message board. It will move based on its own merits. No poster has that much influence on a stock (imo).

I say, The judge will not allow bk7 if Paul is not legally allowed to file. This bk7 along with the motion for status quo, will establish the validity of the ADA & ESA. I my opinion they will be found to be legal and enforcable. This will pave the way for negoations.

These are just my opinions.
