Good point noquit, the price is being held down because they have not told you what the new SS is for. We as investors know that its going to take a lot of money to make the goals of the company become reality and until we know what is going on we could just be sittiing here wondering in the dark.
IMV, there are a lot of factors "TRACTORS" that make this a very undervalued company, we actually need stronger investors who hold they're shares until the company has made significant advances, this is not a flipping stock, its a buy and hold stock.
