I understand your concern; however, I think that the people who
qualify for the prices stated in the 8K expect special consideration. If they can not get a deal with us they will take their business elsewhere. The addition of purchasing the total shares at $.3394 ($5.0925 after split) plus the $2,357,959.96 at $.1924 ($2.886 after split) equals an investment of $5,270,480. Added to that is the individual investor who purchased an additional $250,000. equals a potential investment of $5,520,480.

Compared to these people I am a small investor; however, I can buy and sell when I want on the open market. There is always a bright side. I plan to hold onto GTE for the long term and expect to get special consideration in the future. GLTY
