As SRV stated, it seems as though you have a missing audio device driver. The exclamation point you are seeing in Device manager pretty much confirms that.
When I have had issues like that in the past a simple fix I have done is to uninstall the device driver with the yellow exclamation point, and then reinstall a fresh driver from the manufacturers web site.
Locate the exact driver from their web site first, then uninstall the afflicted driver from Device manager. Then just install the driver again from the manufacturers web site and you should be back to normal.
