He does, but more in compensation he is owed (or claims he is owed) for services performed for the company. I am sure it dwarfs his stock holdings, even if they were worth $1.00 a share.
He has an incentive to see this through, but much less of one if he is no longer a key player. And he is our star witness in the state case ...
