My post has nothing to do with distrust of management.. Ferris, in the Proxy, stated that he had no intention of an immediate move to ANY higher exchange.. He was very honest and most of us took him at his word and therefore felt there was no need of a 1:100 R/S. Again, only because he saw the Proxy slipping away, did he hire Auditors, a Controller and an Outside Firm (Alliance) to push his agenda. Whatever "distrust" that might have accrued at that time was brought on by Ferris's actions, which you chose to believe were exemplary, and more of us (he lost) believe were deceitful. As far my owning the stock is concerned, I'll be happy to sell my shares to you and stockboy for 1.00/share.

Let me once more give the answer to that question: because they think the value is going to increase.

Similarly, if I trust management but expect the value of the stock to decrease, I won't buy it.
