Nevada has worse problems than THAT. ANYONE can make changes to existing filings, or create new ones.

Check out the Stratcomm board. Some clown added a very distinguished British scientist to the Nevada filings as sole officer.

He was furious. But it took him months and months to get his name removed. Finally Nevada did it, and indicated that they believed fraud was involved.

Which it very certainly was.

What precautions are they taking to ensure that this doesn't happen again? None that I know of.

PLBI does have a registered agent. I posted the filing. The reason it couldn't easily be found was the name Proton Laboratories has been changed in Washington to Regenobody Holdings. I found it using the UBI number.
