Maybe the best explanation is that DTSL plain didn't UNDERSTAND what they were up against & a 'counseling' of some kind wised them up after they made promises to the shareholders. Meaning they may well simply be too much an amateur in the big world.

maybe the SEC started asking too many questions, sometimes thats what happens, SEC starts requesting info, and the FLUFF sandwhiches stop getting delivered!!!!!!
