Gordon G. Most of us feel DTSL misled (or lied to) us:
From PR Jan 12 2011:
"Any and all suggestions that we are 'planning, completing, or finalizing' a restructuring or reverse split are erroneous"

Then came PR April 7. Quotes:
"By spinning off UDS and giving current shareholders a significant portion of stock in this new public entity, while still providing room for new investors to provide the critical capital infusion that will enable the company to fulfill its potential, everyone who has or will have a stake in UDS or DTSL will benefit. This is clearly the best and fairest means of moving the company forward and providing everyone the best opportunity to prosper".
Also April 7 PR:
"There will be no bankruptcy, no 50,000 to one reverse split,"

There hasn't been single peep from them about all that since April 7. There was a gratuitious PR about coca-cola Apr 13, but that is it.

I forget the date I took over as Moderator (Mod), I think in May. I have a huge loss here if it stands, if it is all a loss. I'm Mod 1st right now.
