You're not spending money when you buy IRC with more shares, your diluting the current share structure even more. That's fine a couple of years down the road when we benefit from the build-out of the mine, but we as shareholders will feel it in the short run.

Fifer commented yesterday the SP was too low so they're buying back 17M shares. The only problem is they're issuing another 41M for IRC. I'm merely making a point and not dissing the move.
I want to see the SP higher myself.
