Rain, Pick your brain here a sec.. If the court case turns out good it really does not matter what platform we trade on we still are holders of record. Correct.. So lets say JB has no intention of messing with filings until he gets to the point he is ready to move forward with his plan on the tech and the final phase of the court case. Makes no difference on the outcome for the holders of record on the commons. Correct.. So would you if you where a CEO who had a company that is in limbo due to the slow moving wheels of the justice system. And did not want to spend any more capital keeping the SEC happy and not wanting to be hijacked by the pink sheet system, would you just let the filings laps.? In a sick kind of way this is all making some kind of logic to me.. Is this is what your seeing here Rain?? thanks
