That suddenly was discovered on one of their website updates. A rare mystery coming into the light.

The most interesting part was that on the forum there had been guesstimates using the 70% as meaning common stock, there just wasn't that much in the float outside of management control. The idea they wouldn't move, the volume would be low, and damage control to the PPS would be easy. Suddenly after the discovery, the float outside of management control suddenly increased dramatically. Many more shares out there in wild west mode in the float.

Yup. About 2.2 BILLION common shares only owns 30% of the company. I think that is a bit of a shocker to many.
