As along time owner and a long time lurker on the board, maybe I missed this discussion over managment owning 70% of the stock. What I noticed today, unlike what has been said in the passed, or should I say omitted, they own 165 million common shares and the rest is "preferred stock" totaling 70%. 165 million is barely more than 5% of the common if my math is ballpark close.

Did I miss that conversation, I did not recall managment making that known prior to the recent implosion. Also, I am interested to see when the website is updated to the new market cap and quote instead of using the pre-suspension level of 52.

Believe me, I am in this for the long haul, but they need to get their S%&# together.
