The $1 million interest-bearing line of credit will be held in escrow where ValCom can draw down the funds as needed. The additional $2 million line will be available to the company based on ValCom’s fulfilling obligations to Solomed. ValCom’s is obligated to draw down a minimum of $150,000 of the funds."
This is from their 10Q back in May, so they have most likely secured this funding already.
At 3 cents, $200,000 can buy 6.66 million shares. If you check out that volume around 3 cents in the last week there was a 1 million share buy a week ago and a 6 million buy today when it dipped to 3. Volume fits.
But again, this is speculation. Idk how people are bashing this stock at all since this stuff is in black and white, but I'm glad all these Ihubbers got out and hopefully handed their shares to the company lol
