Yes Scanc, because these 4 hedge funds collectively known as the "Settlement Noteholders" like to talk amongst themselves with the same attorneys the common interest rule has to apply to the privilege that was extended to them as part of the Equity Settlement.

Now was it really necessary in Feb 2010 for the GSA? That's the question..They are the architects and conversely should be prosecuted collectively for the Insider Trading.
