At 1 penny a share, it beats all the ones I found. Actually, 0.01/share is the highest I found for any company off a chill that still (kinda) trades.

This one, has that little "stop sign thingy" at OTCMarkets.com that:

Indicates companies that are not able or willing to provide disclosure to the public markets - either to a regulator, an exchange or OTC Markets Group.
