I am glad to see now that everyone thinks it's a good idea to jump on the idea posited by gonnagetrich to implement a class action lawsuit on EIGH. That would be a good to do now, since the SEC and FINRA have not issued any decisions.

a class action wouldn't matter now or later, there is nothing to sue for. EIGH is worthless and has no assets. the only 'hope' for shareholders is that the EIGH scammers and Monksters who took their money face justice.

Yes, your point of view is so unique it merits many incredulous responses. Those responses and the funds you've invested in CDIV and EIGH will, in the end, not even buy you a cup of coffee.

Yes Cor 11, the penny stock world is unseamly.

That is why the SEC has stepped up scrutiny and enforcement in this area. And what did the investigation reveal? That CDIV and EIGH were guilty of releasing false, misleading and incomplete information to investors......that is why both companies were suspended from trading and then banished to the greys.

Who are the bad guys? All data/facts point to Kelly, Bryant, Maherli and your saviour Monk.

I'm glad the money lost on these securities is chump change for you. Unfortunately, that is not the case for less fortunate members of the faithful who've been left in financial ruin.

Most of us post for entertainment and to prevent this from happening to unsuspecting investors in the future.
