#7700 RE: big time 21 #7698

I just picked up another 25,000 shares and had to move my buy on a partial fill from 28.3 to 29 cents to get that small order completed.

It isn't like the old days where we could get 50,000 or 100,000 share fills under 20 cents..

Lebed is super-stoked on upside of IWEB:

IWEB looks like it is about to leave the station! When IWEB breaks $0.315, I expect it to go onto a lot of radar screens and the next major resistance level will be $0.47, and then after that $0.62!

Here are the important facts you need to be aware of...

~~ Cloud Computing will reshape the IT landscape over the next five years as spending on public IT cloud services expands at a compound annual growth rate of 27.6% from $21.5 billion in 2010 to $72.9 billion in 2015.

~~ Software as a Service (SaaS) will account for roughly 75% of all spending on public cloud IT services throughout the forecast.

~~ IWEB's main focus has been SaaS Cloud Computing technology since 2006 and is at the forefront of the industry with the most knowledge, expertise, and experience!

~~ The United States will dominate overall Cloud Computer spending throughout the forecast period, with nearly 50% of all public IT cloud services revenue coming from the U.S. in 2015.

~~ IWEB already has $3.54 million in revenues with revenues last quarter of $1.1 million up 10% from the same quarter one year ago.

~~ IWEB is merging with Promark Technology, which is expected to add $100 million to IWEB's annual revenues. IWEB's last 10-Q said the deal is expected to close by the end of this month! Promark is currently a private company and IWEB will retain its same symbol.

~~ After the merger with Promark, IWEB hopes to list on a major exchange.

~~ Cloud services are interconnected with and accelerated by other disruptive technologies, including mobile devices, wireless networks, big data analytics and most importantly social networking.

~~ Apple will be launching the iCloud this Fall. I expect Cloud Computing stocks to become the biggest percentage gainers out of all technology stocks this summer leading up to the iCloud launch!

~~ The Apple iCloud will allow users to store data such as music files for download to multiple devices such as iPhones, iPods, iPads, and personal computers running Mac OS X or Microsoft Windows. No longer will Apple users need to download data to each device separately! If you download to one device, you will have the data on all!

~~ At $0.28, IWEB has one of the lowest market caps in the Cloud Computing industry, and perhaps the most upside potential!

~~ Both Cloud Computing and Social Networking will likely be the hottest areas on Wall Street for the next 4 to 5 years, with all of the major investment banking firms wanting to desperately get a piece of Cloud Computing and Social Networking companies.

~~ Goldman Sachs is calling the shift towards Cloud Computing "unstoppable" and just hosted a secret off-the-record Cloud Computing conference with the “who’s who of the new software leaders”.

~~ As during the mainframe and PC eras, the new Cloud Computing platform promises to radically expand the users and uses of information technology, leading to a wide and entirely new variety of intelligent industry solutions.

~~ With spending for public IT cloud services growing at more than four times the rate of the worldwide IT market as whole, IDC expects one of every seven dollars spent on packaged software, servers and storage offerings in 2015 will be related to the public cloud model.

Don't doubt me about IWEB! I consider IWEB to be the BIGGEST ground-floor opportunity in all of Cloud Computing!
