I love this statement: "The equity committee and the debtors were trying to provide for a distribution to both," the person said. "The debtor was hard set on giving something to the commons."

After 2.5 years of battle with the Debtors who consistently contended that Commons wouldn't see anything from this BK, the Debtors suddenly in the last month are dead set on giving Commons something.

Sounds like our EC and legal team have something dirty on the Debtors and they have them leveraged quite well. Now S&G will go after the SNHs and hopefully rip their arms off like a pissed off wookie.
