Yes, it's a very sad sad time for CBAI and anyone who believes in Matt and this company.

1) Matt and company continue to tell investors they have no idea why the Chill has been placed on their stock.

2) Matt and company are not being forthcoming with investors as to what are the requirements to lift the Chill.

I don't buy this "we don't know" excuse. They know, and they are not telling us. They also know what the requirements are to lift the Chill.

This may be the death of the company.
