I guess we can say the same for the legal system. You get charged with something and they let you plea to a lesser charge. This case its do what you are sappose to do or look at jail time. Its not really extortion if your just making a guilty party do what it was sappose to do before any of this information came out. If they are not guilty, they will blow this off or know a way to cover it up already.
My thinking is, they may have a fall guy for it already and just let them fall. I mean, HUMMMM? Do we keep 100-200-300 or more Billion and let someone fall or pay it out? The big boys may let those guilty fall and keep the money. Some may have felt they were safe doing what they did. The company they were working for may keep the money and let them fall. They maybe looking into that right now. If they cannot find that way and the company or the big executives will go down too, they will pay and we will get our part of it. We will see and I think, will see soon. JMO
