There is no such thing! For every buy there also needs to be a seller. You can't buy something unless someone is willing to sell it to you. Investing 101.

They talk a good game, but it's all lipservice. The same pontificators telling everyone that it's your last chance to buy at these prices, .004, .003, .0025, .0020, .0019, .0017, .0016, are sitting on the sidelines at .0015 or .15 post split. Why, because there is a lower entry point to come. They'll tell you they'll buy all the way down but they won't. They are not stupid. This bottom is .09 -.12 roughly TEN cents give or take. This prediction is directly affected on the length of time the company can clear this DTC mess up if at all. If it goes much longer than 2 more weeks, that prediction will be lower.
