You do realize that the 'settlement talks' you are referencing are between 'former executives' and the FDIC, etc -- and not related to anything within the Bankruptcy case... right? And you do realize that any monies that the FDIC receives from that 'settlement' are going to the SR WMB Bondholders -- right?

Not sure! Aren't these talks with WAMU executives only? Doesn't it take pressure from them to show facts?
