They want endless investigations.

lol, what they want is an "investigation" that will give them the money they think they're owed. Any investigation that fails to produce that result is perforce "invalid".

They do the same thing on the boards: ask questions, and then tell you you haven't answered, when the truth is that they simply don't LIKE the answer.

Maybe Krazy Al just feels closer to the Queen. Lucky Liz. I don't know about you, but I don't continue to write to people who don't reply.
