Bob, of all the days to be out of the stock, this would not be a good one.

With all the discussion of the ICA meeting on Friday, etc.

I can envision the ICA having an 'internal deadline' of May 20th (last Friday) to give them enough cushion to avoid having to release the decision on the day after Memorial Day, and only one or two days prior to InterDigital's ASM (of which I am sure the ICA is aware).

It would not seem unreasonable for the ICC to transmit the decision today after the market closes.

I will be monitoring my e-mail after the market close today.
