I have said this before and will say it again and that is we have multiple plans of attack planned and Equity has been quietly working with TPS, Blackhorse and others

I don't see how anyone can realistically believe this given all of the recent overwhelming evidence to the contrary. TPS and Blackhorse are looking out for themselves and themselves alone. Their objections should benefit equity (and I imagine they realize this), but rest assured, they don't care about common shareholders at all. They are our "friends" only by virtue of a shared enemy.
