I have been a shareholder for a year I have 1.5 mil I'm just not that knowledgeable about the stock market and how all this stuff works thanks for the help sir. I'm hooding the company takes off by December so I can have a nice birthday, and I can finally take a nice vacation from the army and go someplace warm and sandy without the guns.

It says" may be paid in stock",but not necessarily. It could be paid in cash.

How is this Fiduciarily responsible to shareholders? $25,000 a month? REALLY?

IMO it's "iHub" like this that is keeping your company from being permited to anything in the state of colorado!

I would advise you guys to call the SEC and see what they have to say on the matter!
