so the JV partner's a SCUMBAG too?? What happen to the rest of your message the other night about being so successful that two other companies jumped into the market to compete??? I guess I saw it before you edited it out... Don't know why, because it seemed to provide a great excuse for Gil when this Joint Venture fails... Oh well, time will prove one way or another.... My bet is Gil will Die and then his dream will die with him... along with shareholders chances for some recovery. IMO
Then let Gil tell the JV partner he will PAY BACK Gene out of HIS half!
The repayment to Gene does NOT have to be from PRE-split funds! Gene's LOAN was to Gil as CEO of GSII... which for all practical purposes either ceased to exist, or is in limbo! I feel sure the loan was to help Gil & Gil OUGHT to consider it an obligation of personal honor!
