My only concern with receiving 10% more stock, along with everyone else, isn't that just diluting the shares by 10%?

If I have 30k shares now, and come July 1st, I get an additional 3k shares, now I have 33k. I wonder if the pps will be effected by that action? Maybe the extra 3k shares will be restricted somehow, and not just go into os total immediately.
