The dividends will only be an atractive thing about UBRG it will not induce a sell off.
Dividends are the best performance marker that a stock can have. It in no way will do anything but make the stock more attractive. I expect that with the anouncement of the dividend actually being paid out that, the PPS will actually head north.

Dividends are always a plus to the PPS.

North!, North! North! I say!

From here on out we are in for a greater PPS! Soon as the earnings are posted with an official 10 K, or 10Q, we are in for legs going up up and away!
