He is still calling for 16! If he would have predicted a AS increase I would have beat you to the post. The problem is in the PS technicals are only a very small part of the equation. Draw some simple trend lines from the last 3 months, 5 days, etc, and youll see what I mean. It looks like tic-tac-toe.
