CFO sponging off the U.S. Government collecting Food Stamps while flat out stealing from people.

The 8 are named in the Kansas City Star article:

Interesting how they put a price on the shares, based on who they were selling to....Interesting how the money went directly to the sellers, to do with as they wished, and not into a company for purchasing real assets...money just flew into the hands of a few, with kick backs based on their inhouse rules .... it's clear it was NEVER a legit company.

Other point of interest in the second plee agreement.......It clearly states MLM.....Multi-Level Marketing scheme......

How many times did I get called down for claiming that...????

Here is one of my favorite lines from the Halliburton plea agreement:

"Hawkins told everybody numerous times to post positive messages about Petro America on IHUB, an online message board."

Golly gee whiz, what a surprise! I wonder how many of the positive posters here were really part of the Petro scam. Hmmmmm...........

And one of my favorites from the Harrell plea agreement:

"Hawkins refused to let Harrell see the new CEO Gladys Hankins."

Solid confirmation that refutes what several posters here were claiming, that Hankins was "new management". Of course she wasn't - just a front for Hawkins to continue to the scam.

I think there are a lot more names that could be added to the list of defendants soon..
