Interesting how they put a price on the shares, based on who they were selling to....Interesting how the money went directly to the sellers, to do with as they wished, and not into a company for purchasing real assets...money just flew into the hands of a few, with kick backs based on their inhouse rules .... it's clear it was NEVER a legit company.

Other point of interest in the second plee agreement.......It clearly states MLM.....Multi-Level Marketing scheme......

How many times did I get called down for claiming that...????
