Hi Big Owl. I'm sorry, but I have to disagree. I do not believe the Nevada SOS website is in error. A company can make typos in OTC filings all day long (KATX has fouled up the share structure in filings before and had to re-submit), but Nevada SOS is not going to change the company's articles of incorporation (i.e. the A/S) unless it was REQUESTED by the company. Send Nevada SOS an email or give them a call, and I believe you'll find it was not a simple typo. The company actually had to fill out paperwork and submit it. I did find out that you can order a copy of the documents, for a fee of course ;)
Of note: the attorney states in the Attorney Letter with Respect to Current Information: “We have examined such corporate and other documents and have asked such questions of law as we have considered necessary or appropriate for the purpose of writing this letter. We have relied on publicly available information from the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada and information obtained from the Company’s officers and directors. We believe the sources relied upon are reliable.” http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=53802
