i agree with your statements for sure, it is deceptive and wrong morally but its effect is felt today...im buying the dips, sold shares this morning for a small profit and just waiting for a bottom to be established then the PR regarding the tractor cargo will kick in effect. just waiting for the moment to come then acting on my plan.
