investo-thanks for confirming about the dilution without an increase in A/S. i'm not sure that new mgmt would even have a clue on how to increase A/S since that is not their focus! Its what we all want instead- GROWING THE BUSINESS!

This sounds about right. For all of us who have been around for a while... I'd rather NIR sell their shares down here for us to scoop up and then move on. Just hoping they run out soon!!! You can tell the seller has no long term view on this stock.

Pinks do not have to tell you ahead on a/s increase but you and I and others know they would not do that without telling us.

Don't believe pk's have to give notice of AS increase to shareholders, but it must be filed with their respective State of Incorporation.
