Exactly so why would a smart business man like Mark Leonard take
a chance at having everything he has been building wrecked over
an increase in shares.
The fact of the matter is Mark has more brains than that, I would
hope he does, because an increase in shares only creates insecurity
to investors or potential investors, brining this to the level of reg.

IMO this company is exceptional to the rules of the pinks, and why
would anybody want to make it a typical pink.
